For the past 30 years, I have been deeply involved in professional football, serving as a player, Head Coach, Head of Recruitment, and educator at various levels, both nationally and internationally. My career began as a professional player with Derby County FC and concluded overseas.

I have transitioned into roles as an elite football scout and UEFA A coach at both senior and youth levels, gaining invaluable experience under the guidance of top soccer professionals at three former European Champions: Manchester United FC, Aston Villa FC, and Nottingham Forest FC. I successfully applied this knowledge to lead the first team as Head Coach for the Norwegian professional club Lillehammer FK. Currently, I serve as a Regional Coach Developer for the England FA and will lead our Full Time Football and Education Programme.

I bring a unique methodology to the scholarship recruitment process, one that is highly regarded by college recruiters. We employ the proven English Premier League system of identifying and grading players, ensuring that we match each player with the right college, thereby making the college recruiters' job easier, more efficient and helping our clients gain the right college for them. I have an in-depth of football and education programmes having previously been the Head of Womens Football at Oxford University.
